1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning:
– You must notify us within 24 hours
– We will return for a free re-clean of the areas of concern
Refunds are only considered if a re-clean cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued for:
– Conditions not disclosed during booking
– Severe buildup requiring additional time
– Items impossible to clean due to age, material, or damage
– Missed appointments caused by lack of access to the property
3. Cancellations & Fees
