Terms & Conditions for Dust to Divine Cleaning Services LLC

By accessing or using https://dusttodivine.com or booking any services with Dust to Divine Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services tailored to client needs.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Quotes are based on information provided by the customer. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the space differs from the description.
3. Appointment Policies
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a fee up to 50% of the service total and/or forfeiture of any deposit (if applicable)
– No-show or lockout appointments (failure to provide access at the scheduled time) are treated as same-day cancellations and are non-refundable
– A 1-hour arrival window may apply due to traffic and variable cleaning durations; we will communicate any delays or changes
4. Payments
Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept online payments and other approved methods.
Deposits
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure first-time, deep clean, move-in/move-out, and one-time bookings. For larger or urgent appointments requiring a reserved time block (typically 6+ hours, heavy buildup, or bookings requested within 72 hours), a 50% deposit may be required. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
5. Liability
We are insured and take reasonable care during services. We are not responsible for:
– Pre-existing damage
– Unstable or improperly installed furniture
– Items that may break due to age, wear, or improper installation
6. Photography & Marketing
Before-and-after photos may be taken only with client permission.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for safety, hygiene, or compliance reasons.
